Return Policy: Petra will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee, when accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must have all original tags still attached. Jewelry and shapewear cannot be returned.
