We at Petra understand that when you’re shopping for a special occasion you want to enjoy the entire experience rather than hunt around and hope something strikes as “the one.“ We can help make the process easier. Call ahead and tell us what you’re shopping for. We’ll make sure we have a great selection of dresses and accessories in your size for you to choose from (we’ll even have designers bring in some special pieces that we maybe didn’t have in stock) and then we’ll set up an appointment for you to come and see what we have, at a time that is convenient for you.
Petra doesn’t stock bridal or bridesmaid dresses but the designers we buy from make them. If you’d like to shop with us for your wedding, we’d love to set up an appointment and we will bring in lots of samples for you to see and try on, without any commitment to buy. We know your day is very special so we will do everything we can to get you exactly what you want, even if it means bringing in the designers themselves. If you’re just browsing but would like to come in during a time other than our normal store hours, let us know. We can be always be here to open the doors! |

Return Policy:
Petra will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund, less a 10% restocking fee, when accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Merchandise must have all original tags still attached. Jewelry and shapewear cannot be returned.
